Fiesta Royale Hotel has made donations to two institutions as part of activities marking its 10th anniversary celebration.
The Hotel donated several items to the Christ Faith Foster Home located in Fafraha in the Greater Accra Region and carried out renovation works at the facility, all valued at GH¢10,000.
Present to make the donation were some managers of the hotel led by the General Manager, Ms. Leonie Herselman; Financial Controller, Mrs. Patience M. Dzikunoo; Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs. Yvonne Eyeson; and the Human Resource Manager, Ms. Emelia Narh.
The rest were Mr. Akrofi Asiedu, Head of Security; Mr. Rowland Mends, Front Office Manager; and Mr. Kingsley Addison, Internal Audit Manager.
Receiving the items on behalf of the children, Mrs. Henrietta Asare-Agyemang, a supervisor at the Home, thanked the hotel for the gesture -- describing it as timely since the facility needs help.
The hotel also presented a cheque for GH¢5,000 to the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital in Accra. The donation was received on behalf of the hospital by Mr. Abraham Bortei, the Hospital Administrator.
Other activities held to climax the 10th Anniversary included a thanksgiving service, health screening and an awards ceremony for long-serving staff.
