Five Stop Diaspora Road Show- Real Estate

Real Estate is the number one cash cow when it comes to investing in the West African region according to Broll Ghana. The country’s Social Security and National Insurance Trust confirms that real estate is their biggest earner in terms of value on returns.

However, the obvious harsh economic conditions of Ghana have almost made the process of seeking investment for one’s business twice as difficult. The opportunities are hard to find, most of which are outside the continent. How does one begin searching for investors outside the country? This has become a headache for businesses in all sectors.

The exhibition which has been dubbed, “The Five Stop Diaspora Exhibition”, is expected to take place at selected venues in London, Scotland, United States and Canada.

The real estate industry in Ghana has seen some massive improvement with houses being built not only to meet the demands of Ghanaians but also of foreigners who reside and work in the country. Providing them with the same housing needs they would require in their respective countries. Giving them a home away from home.

Proposed dates for the exhibition are 5th and 6th June, 2015 for London’s, 12th and 13th June for Scotland’s, 26th and 27th June being held in New York. The final two will be held in July with Maryland holding their exhibition on the 3rd and 4th of July and Canada ending the road show on the 10th and 11th of July, 2015.

Real estate firms are therefore advised to seize this opportunity to market their investment products in various locations to educate the Diaspora on the need for investment in Ghana and also market upcoming Projects. This is an initiative worth being part of.
