The GCB Bank Limited on Thursday held the fourth mini draw of its “Big Money Promo”, in Accra, to reward customers.
Winners of the draw included Mr Solomon Kofi Mensah of the Axim branch, who won a cash prize of GHC2,000.00 with Nana Akwasi Appiah of the Tarkwa Branch wining GHC3,000.00, while Mr Frank Nsiah of the Kaneshie Industrial area branch was also rewarded with a 1kva generator.
Others were Mr Patrick Obadia Edzi, of the Ahinsan Branch, who walked away with a Samsung Galaxy- S6 Edge mobile phone and Mr William Boateng Kusi of the Hwidiem branch, who took away a 5kva generator.
Mrs Doris Wunu, Head of Consumer Banking, GCB Bank Limited, congratulated all the winners for their successes, and encouraged others to join the family to save towards their future needs.
She said: “We are making strides in improving the deposit of your bank at GCB in the face of what we all acknowledge to be a challenging economic situation.”
According to her, the GCB Bank was repositioning itself as a modern, progressive and customer-centered bank, to roll out exciting products and services that would improve customers’ investments and create wealth for them.
She, therefore, called on new and existing customers to make deposits with the Bank so as to benefit from the range of prizes in the “Big Money Promo,” which will end in October.
Mrs Wunu said the promotion was to inspire Ghanaians to cultivate a savings culture, and in addition to winning prizes, customers could earn interest on their deposits.
She explained that new customers could qualify for the promo by opening a new account with GHC00.00 or its multiples, in order to benefit from the range of prizes, which include cash rewards of GHC100,000.00, GHC200,000.00 and GHC300,000.00 for the ultimate winner.
Awards were also presented to winners of the third edition of the “Big Money Promo”.
