GRA sued for non-payment of GH¢1m consultancy fees

A Financial Consultant Kudzo Akpabley is seeking a default judgment against the Ghana Revenue Authority.

Mr. Akpabley has sued the GRA for non-payment of fees for consultancy services provided between 2007 and 2011.

Mr. Akpabey said the GRA officials have refused to pay the fees running into 1 Million cedis because of his exposé on revenue leakages.

In an interview with XYZ News, he said the GRA has failed to file a defense, hence his decision to seek default judgment
