GSE All-Share index in marginal gain

Accra, June 13, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange benchmark GSE-All Share Index closed at 5,238.99 points on Wednesday, merely inching up by 0.09 points from the previous close on Tuesday.

Trading volume on the broader market ended lower at 41,800 shares as against 78,500 shares registered on Tuesday.

Change Year to date now stands at 4.65 per cent. There were three positive price changes.

Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) gained four cedis to close at 180,610 cedis, SG-SSB went up by two cedis to close at 7,165 cedis and Guinness Ghana Brewery Limited was up one cedi at 9,521 cedis. Market capitalization ended the session at 114,404.71 billion cedis up marginally from the previous close of 114,403.62 billion cedis on Tuesday.
