Ghana Post Company has won the Best EMS Customer Care Award for the year 2017 at this year’s EMS Cooperative Customer Care Awards in Switzerland.
This was at a special award ceremony held last week at the EMS Cooperative General Assembly, Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Bureau in Switzerland.
This prestigious award was received on behalf of Ghana by Jonathan Ansah, the Chief Commercial Officer of Ghana Post.
The EMS Customer Care Awards recognize the best Call Centres of EMS Best Cooperative Members.
The winners were selected on the basis of their performance last year by the EMS Cooperative Board.
In an exclusive interview with Mr. James Kwofie, he revealed that Ghana Post had met the full eligibility criteria for the awards hence the timely recognition.
“We, at Ghana Post, are more than honoured to receive this award since our Call Centre over the past years, has demonstrated its commitment to providing excellent service to its worldwide partners in the EMS network based on the work done in the Rugby Global Customer Service System—RUGBY GLOBAL-CSS,” Mr. Kwofie indicated.
He further pointed out that the award makes Ghana Post part of an exclusive group of operators within the EMS network.
Mr. Kwofie urged the workers to give off their best and strive for more laurels for Ghana Post.
