Mrs. Phyllis Kandie, Kenya’s Minister of East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism, was happy about the collaboration of the two countries to share knowledge on their strengths to develop the tourism industry between the countries.
She added that, one area Kenya is looking to enhance is its cultural tourism and she believed Ghana was very strong in that field of tourism and would lead a team from her Ministry to Ghana to understudy Ghana’s model.
