ACCRA, May 10 (Reuters) - The Ghana Stock Exchange was barely changed on Monday, with banks once again accounting for the bulk of activity, the bourse report showed
The all-share index closed down 0.03 point at 818.17. The bourse said that it had revised Friday's closing index down to 818.20 points from 818.96.
Volume was again boosted by activity in banking stocks, with 659.500 shares traded for a total of one billion cedis ($417,000).
SSB bank (SSB.GH) registered a big trade for the second consecutive session, with 540,400 shares traded, or 82 percent of total volume. The share remained unchanged at 1,650 cedis.
The other active banking share, Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB.GH), was stable at 1,000 cedis, trading 64,000 shares.
Pioneer Aluminium Ltd (PAF.GH) fell three cedis to 345. There were no climbers.
