Ghana to undertake agricultural census

Ghana is preparing to undertake an agricultural census since the last one in 1984.

This is to make available agricultural and rural statistics at the national and international levels and also build capacities to produce, analyse and disseminate data.

A Chief Statistician, Anthony Amuzu, dropped the hint on the sidelines of a forum on assessment of agricultural statistics systems in Accra.
