Recruiting organisations are registering to exhibit their job vacancies and career opportunities at Brighter Futures 2010, Ghana’s biggest recruitment and talent management expo at the Accra International Conference Centre from 8-10 July, organisers have revealed.

This exhibition, expected to bring under one roof over 50 national, regional and local employers, is organized by international Human Resource consultants, Occupational Management Limited and managed by Golden Stool Promotions. A targeted audience of over 10,000 jobseekers, graduates, mid-career executives, school leavers, redundant workers, students, parents, etc is expected to attend over the duration of this important event.

Miss Anita Wiafe, founder of Occupational Management Limited, organisers of the event said “Brighter Futures 2010 is a unique event because instead of several recruiting organisations having simultaneous job fairs at various university campuses, this expo is a one-stop recruitment solution bringing together employers and a massive gathering of qualified job seekers all at one venue. This is cost-effective for both employer and employees since overhead costs are low and there is no need for jobseekers to incur fax and email costs as they are expected to submit CVs to the exhibiting organisations during the fair.”

As part of the exhibition will be free workshops and CV clinics where exhibition visitors will be trained in effective skills in CV writing, practical interview tips, Information Technology and other skills needed in today’s office, equipping candidates in putting themselves ahead of a competitive job market.

Under the theme*, “Developing a Skilled Workforce for Africa*”, Brighter Futures 2010 will allow exhibiting employers to promote their products and services, whilst recruiting directly and cost-effectively. Participating organisations will also have the unique opportunity to source new employees, volunteers and internships whiles raising their organisations’ profile at the event.
