The Ghana Stock Exchange listed company, Home Fiance Co. (HFC), has launched a new product - the HFC Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It is aimed at financing the development of properties.
At the launch ceremony which was attended by GR staff writer, Kwadwo Adjei, Mrs Baeta-Ansah, Managing Director of HFC said that property development offered a significant fillip to the general economic development of the country. She advised both national and overseas investors to patronise the offer to help towards the achievement of Ghana's economic goals and aspirations.
One hundred million units of the Trust at 1,000 are being offered for subscriptions. Minimum subscriptions is 100 units i.e. c100,000. Offer ends on 30 September 1995.
