Industry players honoured at 2018 West Africa Healthcare Excellence Awards

The West Africa Healthcare Excellence Awards (WAHEA) 2018 organised by KN Unique Communications has recognized individuals and companies for their immense contribution to the growth and development of the healthcare industry in Ghana.

These gallant companies were honoured as a result of the tremendous role they have played towards the development of the healthcare sector while recognizing the key functions within the industry that promote standards and excellent stewardship.

This is the event in West Africa which showcases on a national scale the prudence, and innovation within the healthcare sector.

The event which took place on August 24 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra brought the health industry players together to celebrate those organizations that have worked to make a difference and demonstrated extraordinary leadership attributes, compassion and humility in the delivery of healthcare service to the community.

The awards had categories for health delivery service providers, med-tech companies, wellness and alternative medicine providers, healthcare tech companies and health insurance companies.

Representative of the Deputy Minister of Health / Director of Administration and Legal, Ministry of Health Mr. Hamidu Adakurugu graced this unique occasion.
