The NISSAN Global Award is used by NISSAN Motor Limited Ltd Japan, to evaluate National Sales Companies’ total performance. Japan Motors Trading Company was recognised to be amongst the top 10%, globally. National Sales Companies (NSC) representing the Nissan brand are evaluated according to strict criteria. The award was won in the year 2008 making it the second year consecutively.
Mr. Jimmy Dando, NISSAN African Regional Office Manager in presenting the awards said, JMTC was highly recognised in its performance having achieved new vehicles sales objectives as well as market share growth. Whilst creating a demand and presence of Nissan vehicles in the Ghanaian market, continued focus on ensuring that Nissan best practise and business processes are aligned with customer expectations and delivered through the brand, product and service.
The representation of the Nissan Brand requires that NSC’s are equipped with world class facilities to enable customer’s peace of mind when serving their vehicles. Loyalty to the utilization of genuine Nissan of part is measured through the achievement of Part purchase.

JMTC continues to perform at the highest level resulting in customer retention and increased perception of the Nissan Brand within the market.
Japan Motors also is a member of the Ghana Club 100 and also won the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, CIMG Motor Firm of the year, 2008 & 2009. Japan Motors was also awarded for being the Best Nissan National Sales Company for 2009 in After Sales in the Sub-Saharan Market.
