Business Development Minister’s address

Business Development Minister, Ibrahim Awal Mohammed was impressed by the work of Japan Motors in the country since they got into the market in 2006

He was excited by the fact that the company had spread its operations to three other cities in the sub region; Lome, Dakar and Bamako

In spite of this, he pleaded with managers of Japan Motors to set up a car manufacturing plant in Ghana within the next two years arguing that the current government had created an enabling environment and instituted policies for such expansions

He also encouraged the company to assist young entrepreneurs through the setting up of a fund as a means to reducing the large numbers of unemployed graduates produced yearly.

Jimmy Dando, Director for Sales and Operations (Nissan South Africa) made the point that the design and attributes of the newly launched Nissan KICKS only affirms the depth and varieties of vehicles that the company presents to its clients.
