KEK Insurance Company donates to Otumfuo Education Fund

Kumasi, Oct 18, GNA - KEK Insurance Brokers Company has donated 1,000 Ghana cedis to the Otumfuo Education Fund to support the education of needy but brilliant students. Making the donation at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi Mr Charles Oduro, acting General Manager of the company, said his firm attaches a lot of premium on the education and development of the human resource base of the country.

"We therefore see Otumfuo's vision on education as an initiative in line with the company's corporate and social responsibilities and would continue to support the fund to realize its objectives".

Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, in a message delivered on his behalf, thanked the company and expressed the hope that it would collaborate with Manhyia in improving on the education standards in the country.
