The KAMA Education Project which was set up to train people in entrepreneurship is holding its maiden edition of the entrepreneurial training programme.
The project is aimed at training and equipping participants to be their own bosses as part of measures toward reducing unemployment in Ghana.
At the second lecture of the six-week course, the Chief Executive officer of the KAMA Group Ghana Limited, Dr. Michael Agyekum Addo, touched on topics including “Innovation” and “How to Develop One’s Business”.
As far as innovation is concerned, the recently appointed Board Chairman of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre said it is all about changing or improving on already existing businesses.
He asked participants to always set-up businesses at places where there is human traffic and provide unique customer services in order to promote their business.
On developing one’s business ideas, Dr Agyekum Addo said it is important for people to know their talent, skills, knowledge and expertise in that regard.
He urged participants to be determined in whatever they do and never give up no matter the challenges.
The Kama Education Project is an NGO, set up by the CEO of KAMA Group Ghana Limited, to train individuals in entrepreneurial skills.
