Products of the Kumasi plant of Coca Cola Bottling Company are the best in the world, according to Mr Kingsley Boamah, Quality Assurance Supervisor of the company.
Mr Boamah, speaking to a group of second year science students of the Saint Monica's Secondary School at Asante-Mampong during an excursion to the plant in Kumasi at the weekend told the students that the Kumasi Plant ranked second in the northern part of Africa in last year's quality products index, received a gold medal.
Mr Boamah explained that quality analysis of samples of products from the various Coca Cola plants worldwide since October, last year, to date singled out products from the Kumasi plant as the best.
He said the Kumasi Plant achieved this feat in the soft drink market through the premium administrative staff, with the support of other workers of the company, placed on quality product production.
Mr Boamah admonished consumers of the company's products to desist from crashing the corks of the bottles and dropping them in the drink inside the bottle with the view to expelling carbon dioxide, which, he said, preserved and gave Coca Cola a sharp taste.
