Minister of Finance Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam is scheduled to provide important updates on the Ghanaian economy.
The press briefing is part of the Ministry of Finance's initiative dubbed the 'Monthly Economic Update,' which aims to offer the general public monthly economic updates and government interventions to address current economic challenges towards stability.
Ghana, currently under its 17th IMF programme, is awaiting an agreement with bilateral and external creditors for debt restructuring.
This agreement is expected to pave the way for the next tranche of the IMF bailout package, consisting of $360 million.
Finance Minister Dr. Amin Adam will provide the updates from the Ministry of Finance in Accra.
