Accra, Oct 13, GNA – Real Concepts Limited, Sales and Leasing Agents of the La Beach Towers, has said the Towers' luxury beach-front apartments would be ready for occupancy in August 2013.
Mr Kwaku Asante-Boateng, Chief Executive Officer of Real Concepts Limited said this when he made a presentation on the towers two prospective buyers in Accra on Wednesday.
The towers, whose construction began this month, is a sea-front gated community located adjacent the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel at La in Accra.
Mr Asante-Boateng said the tower facilities will include a club house with amenities including gymnasium and spa (with steam and sauna), podium tennis court, podium basket ball court, swimming pool and toddlers’ pool amongst other facilities.
He said the decision to site the towers along the beach was to offer a serene and peaceful atmosphere to buyers, as well as keep the beach clean to promote tourism.
He said the La Beach Towers would be built to the highest specification and design with a quality finishing besides its superb location, which offered high returns on investment for buyers.
Mr Asante-Boateng said sale of the apartments had already begun, adding the company offered flexible payment sessions to buyers with a possibility of a one-year rent period.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Home Loans (GHL) has expressed its readiness to offer mortgage facilities to those interested in acquiring apartments at the La Beach Towers.
Mr Kojo Addo-Kufuor, Chief Operating Officer of GHL said the company was willing to give mortgages whose repayment period would be spread between 15 to 20 years once the prospective buyer made an initial payment of 20 per cent of the cost of the apartment.
