Lamudi lights up Villagio Rooftop

Lamudi Ghana, on December 4 organized an anniversary party to celebrate their one year of existence as well as providing a platform to acknowledge their clients with whom they do business with.

The cocktail event was held at the plush Villaggio Aqua apartment near the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange. It was proudly supported by Ghana Prime Properties, Starbites, Jam Jar and Event Guide.

Speaking at the ceremony, Managing Director of Lamudi Ghana, Akua Nyame-Mensah stated her joy at the highly successful and eventful year Lamudi had in 2014. According to her, the real estate portal had managed to chalk a number of impressive milestones in its first year, culminating.

“Lamudi have gone from no listings to over 6,000 listings in a year. All of our listings have been manually checked and we work hard to ensure that we are responsive to not only the needs of our agents, but also the needs of those who search for properties on our website.

“Amazing customer service and the provision of sufficient information are key to customer satisfaction and that’s what we pride ourselves with,” she noted.

Lamudi Ghana officially started operations in November 2013. During that period, the portal went from 400 listings in January to a staggering 5000 listings by August 2014.
