MTN Ghana has held a Customer Outreach Day to sensitise users on its products and services and solve problems they encounter in accessing the Network in their various homes, markets and offices.
The Outreach provided a platform for staff of MTN Ghana to engage the customers and be abreast of the challenges they face in using the Network and introduce new products to them.
Mr Abu Mohammed, the General Manager of MTN Southern Ghana, said: “Even though we have various service centres, where our customers can walk in and be served, we have come to their work places to provide them with services so they don’t have to sacrifice their busy schedules to go there for servicing”.
He said the outreach was being held nationwide in cities like Ho, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Koforidua, adding that in Accra the Kaneshie, Ashiaman, Makola, and Madina markets were visited.
Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh, the Customer Relations Executive of MTN Ghana, mentioned pulse bundle and MTN Jara as some of the products the Network had in place for its customers to minimise expenses.
She urged MTN users to look out for surprises from the Network in the upcoming Christmas festivities.
