Accra, Feb. 7, GNA – Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN, Ghana, has introduced a new campaign to reward existing subscribers, according to a statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by the telecommunication company.
It said the reward package, MTN Just4U, consisted of free airtime, bonus on recharge and other interesting offers.
The statement said MTNJust4U was the latest in the portfolio of services being offered by MTN Ghana, to reward customers based on their tenure, average revenue per user and lifestyle.
It said as part of the package, pre-paid customers would receive notifications about rewards being offered to them on segmented platforms and customers may dial 515or send ‘JFU’ to 515 to determine what their unique offers are.
The Corporate Services Executive of MTN Ghana, Mrs Cynthia Lumor, said, “The MTN Just4U campaign is to reward MTN subscribers for their continued loyalty. We understand the needs of our cherished customers and we know that every customer is unique in his or her own way. We are happy to offer them fantastic rewards which will enable them enjoy more value for their money.
MTN is always exploring innovative ways of rewarding its subscribers. Customers can be assured of more exciting moments on the network.”
The MTN recently launched offers on the Blackberry platform successfully. The company also introduced the MTN Directory service to enable subscribers to have access to contact numbers of various institutions and companies.
