Ghana’s prime online marketplace for real estate, meQasa.com, has once again set the stage for a massive housing and property fair – The meQasa Property Expo, an event that will bring together under one umbrella the finest real estate developers, mortgage specialists and housing experts in the country to exhibit their properties, network and educate the public on taking informed decisions about real estate.
The three-day event will take place at the Aviation Social Centre in Accra from Friday 1st to 3rd June from 9:am on each day of the event to 5:pm.
Some of the key highlights to look forward to at the meQasa Property Expo this year include insightful and instructive seminars relating to property investments, mortgages, land litigation and home security.
Richard Osafo, a Director at Estatepedia Ghana, will be enlightening the public on ‘How to Spot Homes for Sale with Investor Potential’ on 1st June from 1:00pm to 1:30pm. On the second day of the event, Emmanuel Mate-kole – a Senior Associate at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah, one of the leading corporate law firms in the country – will be detailing ‘Avoiding Land Litigation in Ghana the Smart Way’.
As an experienced lawyer, he assisted in drafting a bill to regulate condominiums in Ghana and has advised on laws to regulate the construction industry in Ghana. Another exciting topic to be addressed at the seminar will be delivered by Anna Owusu-Sekyere, a Manager at Stanbic Bank (Home Loans) on ‘The Best Way to Win in the Mortgage Game’.
