The Meqasa housing fairs take place annually and they are the perfect events for people who are actively and passively looking to buy a house or land; seeking to rent an apartment or office space and investors seeking stellar real estate projects to back.
The event which took place over the weekend on the 6th & 7th of April featured some forty-five exhibitors including mortgage specialists and retailers of home appliances, decor and security. Seekers were given the opportunity to network and interact directly with exhibitors in an informal setting.

Meqasa’s housing fairs are held at least once a year in an effort to provide property solutions to seekers and help offset the housing deficit gap. Following the successes Meqasa has recorded in its past housing fairs coupled with a high demand for property, it was imperative for Meqasa to organize a housing fair early in the year.

These sponsorships highlight the impact of the housing fairs on the real estate market and its importance to property seekers.
The highlight of the housing fair was an insightful seminar that was delivered on Saturday by Lawyer Emmanuel Mate-Kole of M & O Law Law Consult on “The Legal Checklist To Securing Your Land”. As an experienced lawyer, Mr. Mate-Kole has assisted in the drafting of a bill to regulate condominiums in Ghana and advised on laws to regulate the construction industry.
The crowning of the event was marked by a sponsored raffle from Electroland, Gihoc and White Waters that allowed attendees to win amazing prizes. Many exhibitors and attendees won prizes such as rice cookers, juicer sets, hair sets, kettles, electric irons and alcoholic beverages.
