The NIB Madina Branch has been opened to further enhance NIB’s branch expansion drive, to bring the bank’s services closer to customers. The new branch brings the total number of NIB branches and Agencies to 46.
The NIB Madina branch which was opened on Friday 9th December 2016 is also the 19th branch to be opened in the Greater Accra Region. The Branch is located in the heart of Madina, at the Koforidua lorry station near the Madina Market and Melcom.
Present at the brief official opening ceremony were the M.D / C.E.O of NIB Mr. John Kweku Asamoah, the officiating Minister the Very Right Rev. George of the Ebenezer Methodist Church, Madina Circuit, GM Client Services, GM Operation and Technology, some staff and customers of the Bank.
In his address during the ceremony the MD / C.E.O Mr. John Kweku Asamoah urged staff of the branch to hit-the-ground-running by working tirelessly towards recruiting a significant customer base and deposits mobilization, even though the year is about to end.
He also cautioned that staff should desist from making excuses for not working up to Management’s expectation.
Mr. John Kweku Asamoah also added that staff should be customer oriented and work as a team in delivering excellent Customer Service to all customers at all times in accordance with the Bank’s value proposition.
