Innovative EPS Limited (IEPS), an Information Technology (IT) company, has introduced a state-of-the-art payment gateway technology onto the local market.

Currently connected to MTN, Airtel, Vodafone, Glo, Tigo and Expresso, IEPS is seeking to promote prepaid sales through its electronic platform in order to assist the service providers to alleviate current challenges and improve their operational efficiency.

“The company’s technology platform is unique and flexible making it possible to integrate almost every service provider thereby providing a direct access to their customers who want to pay them for availing their various services,” a statement issued recently said.

Another major objective of the company is to bring major utility services such as ECG, Ghana Water, DSTV and others on board to efficiently collect cash and reaching out to their customers on a 24/7 basis.

For commercial banks, microfinance companies, insurance companies, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, ‘susu’ operators, the National Lottery Authority, property rental services and domestic airlines, the new product is the best they could find on the market.

The company’s technical team works seamlessly with a technical team to provide a feasibility study on the existing platform of its clients.

IEPS will then provide a solution for integration with our data center.

“Customers can use their Account Number / code to remit the physical cash in to cash safe mounted in the terminals.

Terminals have built in security feature that can detect counterfeits system with security features for detecting fake notes.

It is the sole responsibility of our partner banks to remit the various service providers as would be agreed upon.”

“EPS holds the responsibility to remit the relevant collection of each service providers into their account.

The collections, which are sole responsibility of the partner bank, would only have an access to the safe.

The terminals are secured as ATM and exclusive data protection and privacy of various service providers is guaranteed.”
