Project Manager of Eden Heights real estate, Anthony Ocran has asserted that phase one of the building project will be completed in 2019.
Addressing the media during a tour of the site, Anthony Ocran revealed that about 45% of phase one has been completed.
He expressed hope that the project would attain 90% completion in 2019, adding that a total of 20 out of the 32 buildings are to be roofed by the end of this year.
“We are hoping that by the end of November/December, we should have roofed 20 of the 32 buildings. That’s our projection. We have virtually come out of the ground for all the buildings in phase one. We are now at the stage of plastering, fixing tiles and window sills,” he said.
Phase one of the project, which commenced on February 17, 2016, involves the construction of 32 building blocks, which will accommodate three or four bedroom apartments. The topmost floor of each apartment in phase one will house the penthouse, making a total of 608 apartments for the phase one construction.
Phase two of the project would feature 24 building blocks with two or three bedroom apartments and 8 penthouses, summing up to 640 apartments. The second phase, which will also feature the construction of an ultra-modern sports facility, is expected to be completed in 2020.
