Poultry farmers alarmed by high cost of maize

Accra, Nov 27, GNA - Members of the Ghana National Poultry Farmers Association, at the weekend appealed to the Government to intervene in the current maize shortage and the subsequent rise in prices of the product.

They said the rise in the price of maize could affect the production of poultry products and subsequently consumers as Christmas gets closer.
