Reports indicate that prospective customers are inundating the call centre of Capital Bank for free cash in their quest to lay hand on the free money vouchers being distributed by the bank.
Capital Bank on Tuesday, March 14, 2015 launched the V-Man campaign with the aim of encouraging savings culture amongst Ghanaians. The Head of Communications and Public Relations, Nana Yaw Kesse, explained that the vouchers are not being distributed in the banking halls but in random locations on the streets.
“The vouchers are being distributed by the V-MAN and his team in V-Man T’ shirts and branded cars so when you get the free money voucher from the V-man, all you have to do is to walk into any Capital Bank branch and use the voucher as cash deposit to open an account.”
To redeem the cash, all you have to do is to make monthly minimum deposits equivalent to the value of the voucher for four months” he explained.
Capital Bank is a wholly-owned Ghanaian bank that recently launched its new brand identity as a contemporary African Bank with the vision to become the local bank of excellence for African markets, providing the standard of measure for stakeholder return.
