2019 Renault Duster
Sole authorized Renault partner, Premium Motors has unveiled the all-new 2019 Renault Duster at the Renault showroom in Accra.
The much-improved model dubbed the ‘Unstoppable SUV’ comes with new dynamic exterior and modern interior designs, and other exciting features but still stays true to the Duster DNA.
Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer of Premium Motors, Jihad Hijazi noted that the new Duster presents a huge evolution from the previous one since its inception in 2009.
He said: “The ‘Unstoppable SUV’ is a brand which offers high technology for a good value, promises to be a force to reckon with in the auto sector as the previous edition sold over 2 million units globally.”
Mr. Hijazi added that the upgrade has been necessary as the manufacturers are keen on listening to the voice of the consumer, and satisfying same.
The company, according to the CEO, expects that the new model competes for head-on with its competitors on the market, as the vehicle positions itself as superior among its competition.
Key features of the 2019 Duster include a 1.6-litre engine, push button start/stop SMART key system, electric power steering (EPS), 4-way multi-viewing (front, rear & sides) camera system, rear parking sonar sensors, and a blind spot detection (BSD) system.
It also has a 7? colour touchscreen entertainment system with navigation system and radio, USB & AUX, driver, passenger & front side airbags, cruise control & speed limiter, a 17” diamond cut Maldives Alloy wheels with standard spare wheel, and anti-lock braking system (ABS) with emergency brake assist, among other interesting new features.
The model also comes in three trims; the Authentique with manual transmission, the Authentique with automatic transmission, and the Dynamique with automatic transmission, with prices (introductory promo price) ranging from $17,850, $19,500, and $22,500 respectively.
