The Managing Director of SIC Life Insurance Company, Mr. Aaron Issah Anafure, has pledged the company’s commitment in rendering best-quality and credible services to its clients as the leading life insurance company in the country.
He said the current financial scandal at SIC Insurance Company had nothing to do with SIC Life, since the two are distinct companies and therefore assured clients that “SIC Life is very solid and the strongest.”
Mr. Anafure was speaking at a get-together organized by management of the company in Cape Coast at the weekend to honour loyal clients and hardworking staff and agents of the company’s Cape Coast Branch.
He described last year as a difficult year, since fire outbreaks at some markets challenged premium payment by clients whose business were affected, but added that the company was still able to achieve its target.
He said the country’s power crisis was currently affecting premium mobilization from self-employed clients, but expressed optimism that the situation would be brought under control to soar up premium mobilization.
He praised clients, staff and agents for their commitment and allegiance to the company which had contributed immensely to its several years reign as the leading insurance company in the country, and urged them to continue with the best practices to maintain the company at the top.
The Cape Coast Branch Manager, Mr. Okyere Darko noted that every company insurance was dependent on its clients and as such the SIC Life would also ensure that its clients were offered the best of service to give them the “absolute peace of mind” in consonance with the company’s slogan.
Mr. Samuel Abeiku Aggrey, a businessman and a valued client, who chaired the function, praised the company for its “swift payment of claims,” which according to him was the reason for remaining a client for the past six years.
Mr. Benjamin Aboagye Aidoo was adjudged the Best Agent for the region in 2014, with Mr. Jacob Eduwaquah named the Best Sika Plan Collector, while 10 valued clients were also honoured.
Awards winners were presented with Citations and Parcels.
