Samsung kicks off 30-day washing machine challenge

Samsung Electronics West Africa is challenging the general public to try their washing machines from now till June 19, in their ongoing exclusive 30-Day Challenge promotion.

Samsung is for the first time on the Ghanaian market giving customers who within this period purchase any of the selected Samsung models of washing machines the opportunity to use and return it after 30 days for full refund if they do not like it. Consumers will also get instantly, a free 3kg detergent, laundry basket and free installation on purchase.

Richard Nunekpeku, Marketing Manager for Consumer Electronics at Samsung Electronics said “this unique promotion is here to reaffirm our confidence in our washing machines technology."

He added that, the 30-day promotion is a challenge Samsung is throwing at the consumer about the quality of Samsung’s washing machines.

“We are very confident in the performance of our washing machines and as such we are giving consumers a 30-day trial period within which if a customer is not satisfied, we will provide a full refund. We are committed to providing the best of technology to everyone and we are inviting every consumer to try out our washing machine line-up, love them or return for cash before time runs out.” Mr Nunekpeku emphasized.

To take part in the challenge, customers are required to purchase any of the selected models of Samsung washing machines being used for the promotion and register either online or at an authorized Samsung shops to validate their eligibility to partake in the promotion.

Samsung Washing Machines are environmentally friendly and comes with an Eco Bubble technology that washes clothes without straining the fabric. They also come with an unprecedented 24-months warranty and are available at all Samsung authorised dealer shops nationwide.

The 30-day washing machine challenge however has terms and conditions.
