Mr Issakah said the measure is to ensure that the stadium area decongested to allow free movement of vehicles as well as spectators with a token fee of 3,000 cedis to be charged by vehicle.
The release cautioned that any vehicle found parked at unauthorized areas will be towed away and offenders made to pay a fine before their vehicles will be released.
