Prize winners of the first monthly draw of Stanbic Bank’s “Save to Gain” campaign could not hide their joy and surprise as they shared their experience for winning.

“I deposited GHS 2,a000 into my account on the advice of my relationship manager, Prince, of Tudu Branch. He convinced me to participate in the promo and because I also wanted to save money for something personal I took up the idea”, said Rita Rockson who has been a customer of Stanbic for the past five years.

“In fact, I was very excited when I heard the news about me winning GHS 10, 000. The Pure save promotion is indeed pure!”

Anyamisem Kusi Dapaah and Naana Nkrumah who were first and second runners-up respectively received an iPhone 7 and a 32inch LED TV at the draw held last month at the Stanbic Heights Branch in Accra.

Speaking after she received her prize, Anyamisem said: “I started saving with Stanbic Bank about a year ago with GHS 500. I went to deposit money in my account and was introduced to the promo so I decided to partake since the money in my account was about GHS 1000. Two weeks later I got a call that I had won an iPhone 7. It was so surprising.”

She said she is thankful to God and encouraged other people to believe in the promo because it is real.

“I want to say to the general public that the savings promo is real and is still ongoing so people should just try and look forward to the GHS 100, 000 grand prize. I know it is real because I have just won a prize. I saved for just two weeks depositing GHS 500 and I have been able to win for myself such an amazing prize.”

For her part, Naana Nkrumah said “I have saved with Stanbic Bank for one month, two weeks now. I got a recommendation from a friend and decided to take part in the promotion.

When I got a call telling me I had won, I got excited, and started shouting. When I told my friends, they didn’t believe me but I told them it was real. I’ve been to Stanbic and their services are good and I would advise everyone to partake in this Pure Save campaign because it is real.”

The Stanbic Save to Gain Campaign is a national savings initiative that hopes to stimulate a savings culture among Ghanaians.

By making multiple deposits of GHS 500 in Pure Save account between 3rd April and 2nd August 2017, participants stand a chance of winning Stanbic branded items, iphone 7 mobile phones, flat screen television sets, souvenir gold coins, GH S 10,000 cedis and the grand prize of GHS 100.000.
