Answering a question on the service and its reliability Mrs Asiedua Addae said "Making banking easier and interesting, the bank has established an able technical team to work on the app on a day to day basis, in ensuring a faster and reliable service to app users.

Adding, she disclosed the bank as entered into a promotional activation, which will give out free mobile phones to customers who will download the SC MOBILE APP and keep it activity by opening an account.

To top it up Standard Chartered Bank will give the downloaded user a 2.5mb data for downloading the app.
