Sudatel/Sudan Telecom has no shares in Kasapa

The Board of Directors and Management of Kludjeson International Limited, sole shareholders of Kasapa Telecom Limited, have stated that Sudatel/Sudan Telecom Limited has no shares in Kasapa Telecom.

A statement signed by K-San Law Firm, lawyers for Kludjeson International Limited and Kasapa Telecom Limited and copied to the Ghana News Agency said it was false that Sudatel/Sudan Telecom Limited was in the process of selling its stake in Kasapa Telecom.

The said it was false that a company known as Expresso Telecom Limited owns 100 per cent shares in Kasapa Telecom and that the issue surrounding Kasapa Telecom Limited shareholding was the subject matter of court action.

The statement said Sudatel/Sudan Telecom Limited has, since 2008, embarked on a fraudulent scheme of purported shareholding in Kasapa Telecom and that the supposed share offer or sale was another step in their fraudulent activities.

“All persons interested in acquiring shares in Kasapa Telecom Limited should be wary of this so-called Sudan Telecom Limited since it has no share in Kasapa Telecom Limited,” the statement said.
