Telekom Malaysia Bhd expects the decision on its arbitration proceedings against the government of Ghana concerning its investments in that country to be delivered in early September.
It said the arbitration hearing was from July 5 to 15 at the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague, the Netherlands.
Telekom said if the tribunal decided that the Ghanian government was liable, a second hearing would be held from Nov 8 to 12 to decide on the quantum of the claims.
