Three-day Multi-TV Habitat Fair 2011 opens in Accra

Accra, Aug.19, GNA - The Multi-TV Annual Habitat Fair opened at the National Theatre in Accra on Friday.

The three-day fair is aimed at providing a one-stop-shop for the housing industry including private house owners, commercial estate developers and boost sales for exhibitors.

Mr MacBen Adu Asamoah, Sales and Marketing Manager of Multi-TV, said management recognised the numerous challenges of private house owners and commercial developers in terms of sourcing for genuine building materials and furnishing therefore, decided to bring together various service providers for easy access and enhance networking among those who patronised the fair.

He said the maiden fair organised last year could be measured by its success as feedback from exhibitors and those who patronised the fair confirmed an increase in the sale of their products, services and confirmation of customer satisfaction in respect of quality of output by estate developers in their operations.

Mr Adu Asamoah said this year’s fair registered an increase in patronage by exhibitors from 40 last year to over 60.

He commended management of HFC, major sponsors and expressed appreciation to all the exhibitors for their participation, and urged the public to visit the fair and acquaint themselves with the wide range of quality building materials, products, accessories and services on display.
