As part of the stakeholder engagement for its Overhead fibre project in the Western region, the management of team of Tigo led by its CEO, Roshi Motman, have paid a visit to the Paramount Chief of Essikado Traditional Area, Nana Kobina Nketsia V.
At the meeting in Sekondi, the Chief Executive of Tigo, Roshi Motman spoke about the company’s vision to become digital service provider of choice for Ghanaians.
Highlighting the company’s quest to improve network quality in the region, she explained that the US$3.2 million overhead fibre cable project forms part of several investments that Tigo is making to provide its customers with a quality and resilient network.
“Network quality is one of the biggest driving forces of Ghana’s competitive telecoms sector. It is fundamental to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and we are keenly aware of this,” madam Motman said.
She however assured Tigo customers that by March 2015, the company will start to experience quality network experience from Tigo.
The paramount Chief Nana Kobina Nketsia V, on his part commended Tigo for supporting various community initiatives aimed at improving living standards in deprived communities.
The management members of Tigo also called on the Chief of Bogoso Cocoasi, Nana Kwesi Sompreh.
