UNIQUE Insurance donates to TUC

Accra, May 6, GNA - The UNIQUE Insurance Company Limited on Thursday donated 200 plastic chairs, a writing board and markers worth 15 million cedis to the Trades Union Congress.

Mr Victor Kusi-Yeboah, Managing Director of the Company, said the gesture was in response to a request from the TUC to help refurbish their conference hall.

He said the Company was interested in the welfare of workers and had, therefore, introduced the UNIQUE Workers' Plan to satisfy their insurance needs.

Mr Kwasi Adu-Amankwah, TUC General Secretary, urged stakeholders to emulate UNIQUE.
