Accra, Aug. 9, GNA – Vodafone Ghana’s latest “Double Bonus” promotion remains the most ‘dynamic and compelling’ mobile service offer to subscribers currently in the market, the company’s Head of Corporate Communications, Carmen Bruce-Annan said on Tuesday.
Vodafone’s Double Bonus offer, launched in April this year, gives persons, who purchase new Vodafone SIM card, double bonus for any amount of air time purchase for 90 days from the day they join the network.
The bonus can be used for local and international calls across all networks and for internet browsing.
Carmen-Annan said Vodafone believes in providing its customers with unbeatable offers which would give them value for their money even in the face of the growing stiff competition in the market.
Vodafone’s Head of Consumer Marketing, Tara Squire, said the company is the only network provider that gives double bonus with the longest validity period of between seven to 30 days.
“All other networks give you bonus but not with a validity extending beyond three days and can’t be compared with Vodafone’s offer.”
Explaining further, Squire said, in terms of using bonus credit for international calls, all the other networks allowed the bonus to be used for calls to few selected countries, but Vodafone Double Bonus offer call any country at the same rate and without limitations or extra cost.
Squire said beyond the 90 days Bonus offer, a subscriber could choose from other attractive product packages such as the Double Value offer that charges the customer only GH?2.00 to get double bonus for 30 long days.
He said Vodafone Supreme Value, another “juicy” offer, gives subscribers the opportunity to enjoy free on-net-calls plus double bonus on top-up of GH?2.00 and above for 30 days for only GH?9.99.
“When it comes to giving value to subscribers, pick any network in the country and let’s compare with what Vodafone is giving its cherished customers. You will see we are offering the best,” Squire said.
Vodafone retail outlets had grown from 32 to 102 nationwide in addition to introducing mobile retail shops.
