Vodafone has announced that effective August 1, 2015, its customers could roll-over unused data on their Fixed Broadband service into the subsequent month.

A statement from the company signed by Ebenezer Amankwah, Corporate Communications Manager Vodafone Ghana, said the service would be available to all customers who renew before the date of expiration.

The company has also introduced SOS Credit where customers could borrow extra data on their broadband plan to complete their activities without interruptions.

These reliefs form part of efforts to enhance the user experience for all Fixed Broadband customers.

The statement said over the past months, Vodafone has implemented a series of interventions to improve the availability of the service for all users.

These became necessary due to the ongoing load shedding exercise in the country.

Additionally, Vodafone continues to offer a backup of up to 20GB of its award winning Mobile Broadband product, to all active Fixed Broadband customers.

The company assured customers that it remained committed to providing them with the best of experience in using its services.
