Volta Region to get shopping mall

Volta Region is soon to witness the inauguration of a maiden state-of –the-art shopping mall facility in the regional capital, Ho.

An official of the facility told the Ghana News Agency that, the shopping centre would house a Fitness Outfit, Salons, Groceries, Cosmetics, Clothing, Spa, Pharmacy, Electricals, Electronics among a range of other services and products.

The mall is located on the premises of Chances Hotel, a 120-room capacity Hotel that provides 16 comfortable and well-designed Chalets scattered around a peaceful and pleasantly manicured garden setting, with views across the African plains and a stunning panorama of Adaklu, Ghana’s table mountain.

It has a 52 well- designed twin bedded rooms “Brickhouse” and 52 well-designed double bedded rooms “Uphill” “that would provide a one-stop shop for all needs.

Management wants to blend the comfort and thrill of shopping at a moderately priced business environment for our customers,” the official said.

A newcomer who visits Chances Hotel would be highly impressed with the hotel’s Chalets that offer amenities to facilitate a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, overhead fan, double bed, spacious en suite bathrooms, satellite television, telephone and fridge.

A sight-hungry visitor would certainly be rewarded with tropical plants, colourful flowers, bamboo groves and fruit trees that dominate the Hotel’s landscape.

Chances Hotel has a terrace for cultural performances, internet café, swimming pool and Ice cream parlour.
