Patrons of the 2017 Ghana CEO Summit could not help but express excitement at the success of this year’s event.

They were impressed with the level of commitment exhibited by top business executives at the program and the ideas that were shared among them.

For them, it was important that such events be organized regularly to provide a common platform where businessmen and industry players could interact and discuss matters of common interest.

Others were excited at the opportunity to network with colleagues and build new business contacts that will promote growth to impact society.

The two day event held at the Kempinsky Hotel Gold Coast City , was attended by over 50 CEO’s and business associates.

The summit was characterized by discussions on essential topics including ‘Doing business in Ghana; Key to radical changes’, ‘Ghana’s pathway to economic and business transformation’, ‘Growth, Inclusion and Women Empowerment’ among others.

Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo-Marfo represented President Akufo-Addo at the summit. Deputy Finance Minister, Kwaku Kwarteng and Minister for Business Development, Mohammed Ibrahim Awal were also present at the event.

Some participants indicated the need for government to open its doors for more partnership opportunities liaising with the private sector.

They hoped that most of the issues discussed at the conference will be practicalised by industry players to yield the desired impact.
