XCEL app poised to revolutionise digital ecosystem - Valentine Obi

The Group Chief Executive Officer and Founder of eTranzact Global, Valentine Obi has expressed confidence that the launch of the XCEL mobile application will revolutionise the digital ecosystem in Ghana.

He explained that the app seeks to play a key role in providing the necessary tools that will make financial transactions seamless, secure, and accessible to all.

“The Xcel Ghana app is designed to meet the needs of business owners, young professionals, or individuals managing day-to-day finances and take them to the next level,” Obi mentioned.

He continued, “When we envisioned Xcel, we were not just thinking about a mobile app; we were thinking about how we could empower individuals, businesses, and communities across Ghana and beyond. Our mission is simple: to create a financial platform that not only meets the needs of today but also anticipates and solves the challenges of tomorrow.”

The founder of eTranzact Global believes that the recently launched app will further transform how individuals manage their GH-Link prepaid cards and make digital payments through its innovative mobile application.

“This interactive mobile application serves as an all-in-one platform, providing users with seamless control over their GH-Link cards while offering a host of convenient financial services,” Obi mentioned.

eTranzact Ghana Limited, a licensed Enhanced Payment Service Provider (PSP) in Ghana on September 19, 2024 launched the XCEL Ghana mobile app.

The app accommodates a variety of payment methods, allowing users to manage finances through mobile wallets, bank accounts, or a combination of both.

Additionally, the XCEL app prioritises user security by employing advanced encryption technology to safeguard personal data and financial transactions.

Furthermore, the XCEL Ghana app will deliver up-to-date news and job opportunities, helping users stay informed and connected to the employment market.

Board Chairperson of eTranzact Ghana Limited, Rev. Prof. Paul Frimpong-Manso in his remarks emphasised the importance of deepening partnerships and exploring new opportunities to make payments in Ghana faster, more accessible, and more secure.

He noted that as the leading payment solution provider, eTranzact looks forward to these advancements.

He also mentioned that the brand's great achievements are a testament to the unwavering support of clients, telcos, and banks who have trusted and partnered with eTranzact over the years.
