Accra, Nov. 29, GNA - The Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) would organize a two-day local housing exhibition as part of activities marking its 20th anniversary celebration. The exhibition, which is slated for December 14-15, 2007, would afford developers the opportunity to display to Ghanaians the tremendous advancement in the industry and opportunities available to prospective home buyers.
A statement signed by Dr. Alex Tweneboah in Accra on Thursday said about 30 exhibitors in the industry along with representatives from the financial institutions that offered mortgages to customers were expected to participate in the exhibition.
It said the exhibition would also be used as a forum for active interaction between GREDA, financiers and the public to ensure better understanding of the sector. Some of the exhibitors include Akuaba, Buena Vista Homes, Afariwa Estates, Hydraform Estates, Coastal Estates, Devtraco Limited, Media Galore, Best West-End Construction limited, Comet Properties and Vanderpuye-Orgle Estates.
