Secondly, the auditor general has always recorded more than 12 billion cedis loss in financial misappropriation and stealing of public funds under NPP. Any serious government can easily make more than 20 billion cedis annually by improving these two areas and that 1.5 billion from e-levy being a nuisance tax won't be needed.

Why will you tax my income from source and still tax same money in my wallet anytime I send part of it to my mother? This is state robbery and it's annoying.

GRA, you can't collect Upstream petroleum evaded taxes, interest and penalty worth over USD6 Billion, but you are clamoring for peanut E-levy which is a theft of money in our electronic wallets. Why are you not chasing Tullow Plc and Co for the USD6 Billion ? GRA filed this case in Accra Commercial Court on 23 Jan 2023 but summersaulted and went back to Court to withdraw same case for settlements outside Court. This is a criminal, not civil matter. Tax evasion since Dec 2010. No statute limitations in a criminal matter. Yet, Tullow ran to the International Court of Arbitration in London, seeking arbitration and asking ICA to dismiss GRA claim because the case was not brought up within 10 years. How does a criminal case change to a civil case to come under a statute of limitation ?
Now, Tullow has ran again to Accra Court seeking arbitration and GRA, the creditor is standing aloof not doing anything to retrieve the USD6 Billion that is due Ghana
