  The minister who had the audacity to abolish the tolls without parliamentary approval must be prosecuted for causing financial loss to the state. The tolls were generating good revenue for the country but unfortunately there was no accountability for it because the thieves who worked at the toll booths and their bosses saw it a cash cow . How stupid are we . The developed countries use the revenue from tolls to build their superb roads that are an envy to the world
