This man is just fantasizing. Mahamas 24 hour economy is only a pipe dream in our present circumstances. Sadly Mahama himself doesn’t know what it is all about and just making stupid noises about it.
24 Hr. economy will remake the structures NPP has damaged. It will drive a new business paradigm and swallow digitalization. It is huge and feasible!!!
