@Pericles, Ghana is no longer in default. The country exited default status when it concluded debt treatment negotiations with Eurobond creditors. Indeed, Ghana has been back on the Eurobond market since 10th October.

By the way, Moody's is credible. It is one of the ratings agencies that downgraded Ghana in 2022. If you believed them then, then you should believe them now.
